Paul Kuzina

President 

Paul Kuzina, the founder of Northwest Properties Ltd., brings thirty years of professional real estate experience to the management of the business. Paul founded Northwest Properties in 2010, based on the idea of sourcing real estate investments with a value add proposition to maximize returns for Northwest Properties and their partners.

Paul’s experience in commercial real estate includes 29 years at Chartier and Associates, CBRE, and Capital Commercial Real Estate where he specialized in the sales and leasing of office properties. Prior to his entry into commercial real estate Paul worked for CIBC.

Paul holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Winnipeg. He is involved in the Winnipeg community in a number of non-profit organizations.
